Building the future
Sullivan & White Ltd first started trading in 2015, when two old school friends who were working as a carpenter and an electrician, decided to join forces and create a new building company.
After winning some projects in Chelsea, S&W have grown from strength to strength to now be main contractors to some of the most elite residential buildings in London such as One Kensington Gardens (Kensington), 10 Lancelot Place (Knightsbridge), Grosvenor Crescent (Knightsbridge), Cheyne Terrace (Chelsea), Riverwalk (Westminster) Belgravia Mansions (Chelsea) . They have also built an excellent personal client base with some of London’s leading residents, managing agents, interior designers and architects. With a very friendly and reliable team of employers and sub contractors, S&W pride themselves in producing the perfect job for all their clients with attention to detail and cleanliness being their priority!
With all the work they have in London, local projects in SE London and Kent are still a major part of the business, where they still uphold a great client base, producing the perfect extension, kitchen, bathroom or refurbishment with client satisfaction.
What we do
Our work ranges from urgent call-outs to carefully planned property refurbishments. We are local to Chelsea, Kensington, but cover the whole of London.

We are qualified electricians and licensed to carry out all types of domestic and commercial electrical work. All electrical work is certified.
