Sullivan and White have been performing building, decorating, electrical and maintenance work for us for 18 months. The project was a full house renovation with internal and external works and was carried out alongside other contractors such as interior designers, home automation experts and bespoke furniture makers. We found S&W to be extremely knowledgeable, experienced and worked with the other contractors to provide us with a joined-up experience. Projects this size always have unexpected issues and S&W without fail dealt with these head-on and when required, creatively. Greg always stepped through each stage of the plan, explained everything to us and highlighted any potential problems we would face and what our options were. Their team are trustworthy, highly skilled tradesmen who strive for perfection and have left us with a beautiful home. Greg says, “a tidy site is a happy site”, and he was true to his word. Even at the peak of the work when we had multiple contractors, a lot of equipment and dust from walls coming down, we always felt the work was restricted to that area and not the entire house. We continue to use S&W for maintenance and will not hesitate to use them as new projects arise.
